Are developers scuppering chances for UK connectivity?

This week on TechTalk Radio, Emily Wright and Sam McClary talk about emerging connectivity issues, and not just in the studio.

They speak to Belinda Fawcett, head of property and estates at CTIL, the joint venture between Vodafone and Telefonica, about the issues emerging regarding connectivity in the UK.

She reveals how the problems have stemmed from government legislation reducing the commercial incentive for landowners to work with service providers.

A resulting “stalemate” has seen almost a total halt on CTIL connectivity infrastructure deals across the country which puts the UK at risk of falling further behind other European and global countries and cities. Not ideal with Brexit just around the corner and at a time when mobile and digital connectivity has never been more important.
