Are the Star Wars Sequels the New Prequels?
It's the cool thing to hate on the Star Wars Sequels. What started out as legit criticisms of The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker, feels more and more like group think.
We experienced this all weekend at Alabama Comic Con. Including a bizarre interaction with a server at Buffalo Wild Wings who basically approached us by saying, "I love Star Wars. I hate the Sequels."
Join us as we have a some fun discussing the similarities to current Star Wars fandom's treatment of the Sequels, with the way fans handled The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, and Revenge of the Sith over the past 20 years.
