Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez during his testimony in front of the House Committee On Science,\xa0Space,\xa0and Technology on the science of climate change. The\xa0divided panel of the New Orleans-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled, in 2\u20131 fashion, that a transgender litigant\xa0(a biological male who suffers from gender dysphoria and subjectively feels that he is a female)\xa0cannot require a court to address him using female pronouns.
