A federal grand jury has brought a 36-count indictment against celebrity attorney Michael\xa0Avenatti, charging him with embezzlement, fraud, perjury, and more.\xa0The SCOTUS will\xa0weigh in on foul language trademarks\xa0on Monday when the nine justices hear arguments in a free-speech case brought by Los Angeles-based clothing designer Erik Brunetti.\xa0Scientists in China prove that they have never seen Planet of the Apes by taking human copies of the\xa0MCPH1 gene, which is believed to play an important role in our brain development, and introduced it into monkey embryos by means of a virus that carried the gene.
