Asking everyone to send up thoughts and prayers for Claire Davis, the Arapahoe High Shooting victim, who remains in a coma and is in critical condition.

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon said that the NSA's controversial phone record surveillance program, first revealed by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden earlier this year, violates the Constitution's Fourth Amendment, which protects Americans against unreasonable searches and seizures.
