Hello\u2026..it\u2019s been awhile my friends. Happy New Years. I feel like the original Steve off of Blues Clues when he comes back to the show yearsssss later with how long its been since we\u2019ve last spoke. I found myself needing spiritual solitude. Pouring too much of myself and not refilling put me in a deep depression and I went into hermit mode. I find through introspection when you quiet your world and separate yourself from the distractions. I take you down that journey with me in this episode. I hope you\u2019ve been well.
