We were taught as children not to take up space, to be seen, and not heard. We\u2019ve carried this into adulthood. But what if we had been told that just our presence had value and is valuable? To grow up we may need to pull ourselves out of our well-worn rut, then do the work to establish a new path. It\u2019s work until it isn\u2019t. So, give up what was, and be here in the present moment. It\u2019s time to live in \u201cproaction\u201d not reaction. Be prepared to sacrifice anything that isn\u2019t in alignment with who and what we are becoming.
