One Another\nPray, Encourage, Serve One Another\nFebruary 17,2019\n\nA new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.\u201d John 13:34-35\n \nWhat Keeps Oneness from Happening? \n\n\uf0a7\tWe\u2019re so mobile \n\n\uf0a7\tLife is complicated \n\n\uf0a7\tWe like to keep our options open\n\n\uf0a7\tWe\u2019re so prickly \n\n3 One Another(s)\n\n1.\tPray for\u2026 One Another \n\nConfess your trespasses to ONE ANOTHER, and PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. James 5:16-NKJV\n\n2.\tEncourage\u2026One Another \n\nAnd let us consider how we may spur ONE ANOTHER on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but ENCOURAGING ONE ANOTHER\u2014and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Hebrews 10:24-25\n\n3.\t Serve\u2026One Another \n\nYou, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom \nto indulge the flesh; rather, SERVE ONE ANOTHER humbly in love. Galatians 5:13\n\nHow do these 3 things best happen? \n\nFirst: Praying, encouraging and serving happen best in small groups \n\nOne Lord > One Team > One Mission\n\nSecond: Praying, encouraging and serving happen best in AUTHENTICITY \n\nTruth to Stand On: God who knows the worst about you loves you most\n\nOnce you learn that\u2026\n\n\uf0fc\tYou no longer live your life attempting to please everyone\n\n\uf0fc\tYou will have the courage to stand on your convictions\n\n\uf0fc\tYou can risk disagreeing or disapproving\n\n\uf0fc\tYou can finally admit when you\u2019re wrong about something\n\n\u201cIf we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin. 8If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.\u201d 1John 1:7-8\n\nTake some time in public this week\u2026\n\n-To notice people\n\n-To pray for them\n\n-To listen to them\n\n-To practice asking questions\n\nWhat is God\u2019s Spirit speaking into your life today? \nHow must you respond?
