Habits

Human beings develop habits over their lifetimes. We acquire most of our habits while we\u2019re young, and these habits get entrenched as we age. We might assume the habits we learn improve our function and health, but that depends on our being aware of what healthy function means. But either because we\u2019re insensitive or indifferent, we develop poor habits.

I created my mind-body suite of audios to improve your awareness of the connection between your mind and body. If you are developing this connection, then these audio may help you develop a stronger, more resilient relationship. If you are afflicted by a disease or dysfunction, these audios may help you heal.
