Because the veils are thin now, let's utilize this energy for healing. In this bonus episode, I share an ancestor meditation to help us transform tend to the experiences of our ancestors still living in our blood. Surrounding each cell with forgiveness and compassion and encouraging ourselves to be accountable for our actions and those of our ancestors in order to take aligned action towards our legacy.  Let us live out our highest potential and deepest transformation on behalf of them to heal through the past and the future in the present.
