We can only be as good as we tell ourselves we are, right? What if we tell ourselves unkind truths? What if we could reset those unkind truths to be actual kind truths? 

We have multiple parts of the mind that do multiple different things. Today, we bring the focus and awareness to the subconscious mind. 

As a side note, the subconscious mind is referred to as many different things:

  • unconscious
  • subconscious
  • inner mind
  • inner guide
  • internal advisor
  • higher self
  • guardian angel
  • ...etc

Today, that conscious mind of yours (the active one with the chatter and noise) begins to quiet and soften. And as that is happening, there is this "center core" within your unconscious mind (the one that stores your beliefs, feelings, habits and patterns) which is the part of you that wants you to be well holistically. 

But the truth is: the subconscious knows so much that your conscious mind doesn’t even know how much it doesn’t know. 

Regardless of the name it is given, the function remains the same: guiding you from within.
