Step-by-Step Self-Hypnosis Process:

  1. Inhale Young Living's Valor Essential Oil Blend
  2. Place your feet on the floor
  3. Allow eyes to find a focal point
  4. Soften the gaze
  5. Countdown from 10 to 1 (either keeping soft gaze or blinking eyes open/closed with each decreasing number)
  6. Maintain soft gaze or close eyes
  7. Notice the sensations of the body
  8. Offer a supportive suggestion & listen to body (e.g. I am safe. I am strong)
  9. Bring focus & awareness to breath
  10. Become aware of body (& movements like chest rising)
  11. Notice the surface supporting the body
  12. Imagine a movie screen & imagine the version of you that you want to be
  13. Float into the movie screen
  14. Notice the sensations of that experience
  15. Smile, open eyes, & come back to the room!
