Tonight's special guest is Audrey May Prosper from Colorado Springs, Colorado. In 2009, Audrey suffered a horrific attack by her first husband, leaving her burned over 80% of her body. Soon after coming home from the hospital she began speaking out and educating people globally on how to overcome adversity. Her story of redemption through the Father and her willingness to break her silence inspired a movement that has now touched the lives of millions. Over the last 10 years her story, perspective, and advocacy work has been shared through outlets such as: Dr. Phil, Anderson Cooper, The Doctors, 48 Hours, I Survived, and many more. More recently she founded a faith-based women’s network and academy called, Your Thrive Tribe -- designed to educate, equip, and empower women entrepreneurs to thrive in life, career and Christ by providing them with the necessary training, tools, resources, and supportive sisterhood they need to succeed. She also just co-founded a ministry with her husband David Prosper called, Shepherd Revolution Community Center -- to make disciples and teach them to live Biblically, so that we can restore His divine design. Others describe her as AUTHENTIC, empowering, tenacious, inspiring, compassionate, and an advocate for many. Her mission in life is to be the change we want to see.
