I should know I was exactly the same last year, then everything changed!\\n\\nAs a UK entrepreneur I was going to say small businesses really struggle with grasping the power and opportunity that social media provides. But in all honesty big businesses in the UK also struggle and are not doing social media marketing particularly well.\\n\\nJust ask yourself, how well do companies and businesses interacting with you on social media? Most not very well.
