This is story 1 of 3 in the series \u201cWhat happened to the Tudor Gables?\u201d\nThis is a series co-produced with the Hyde Park Herald, profiling a historic Black-owned housing cooperative on Drexel Boulevard. In March 2021, after a $3.4 million rehab project, the cooperative abruptly dissolved and sold the building.
