Recently physical body dissolved in a lucid dream as I felt layers of fear burn out of me, simply as a result of surrendering myself deeply to the frequency of fear that arose during a storm.  

We (from the Higher Self) are continually presenting experiences (frequencies) to our human, in order to expand. Our only role is to witness, to go along with the flow, which takes us to our liberation.  

I continue to realise how simple this work is, how simple life actually is, yet how complicated and confused the mind makes our experience. 

Ultimately there is nothing to be afraid of, however fear lies within me, I have nurtured it in the past, and inherited layers of it, intentionally. For the integration of the fear, among other emotions I encounter will take me forward, to the realization of who or what I Am.
