In the past I made a video about how misunderstood the term Empath is these days, well Gaslighting is similar. In recent years it has become fuel for the indulgence of victimhood when in actual fact Gaslighting is a great teacher, an opportunity to evolve further. Being gaslit points to our own weaknesses and where we need to focus.

Take whatever lesson is presented and use it to work in your favour as opposed to rejecting or fighting.
