In this time of year, right now we are in the Solstice, in the death, prior to rebirth. Surrender. I have had a couple of days of falling apart in my own way.

This is the purpose of this time of year, mine our pain, allow it, bring it home, heal and feel it, because these days will pass, resurrection is at hand. So honour the depts, die to them now.

Today's podcast is just to encourage you to allow this release, be grateful for all that flows through you, rather than being selective of what you want to feel.

Liberation lies in the flow, not the management of consciousness.
