After we stopped recording the last episode we had a chat and realised there was more to say, we wanted to go deeper into a couple of topics, so this is the follow on conversation.

• We cover the possibility that \u201ctoxic\u201d or difficult people are actually volunteering to come here to teach us. We need challenging people in our lives to push us to grow, push us to speak up, or center our energy. Without them we would not expand.

I feel this is an extremely important perception and reminder. The world is upside down, what spiritual people think of as toxic or evil, personally I view as teachers and opportunities to grow, learn, flex my spiritual muscles. Best to have a listen to hear the full conversation.

As with any of this work I suggest listeners test the theory rather than the ego reacting and dismissing. Test it, and see what results you get.

• Also discussed is the point that knowing something intellectually is not enough, we need to live our wisdom. So knowing that the world is our reflection in my experience initially was a nightmare, but then learning how to work with it has been extremely liberating.

The Higher Self draws in all people and experiences for our highest good. Nothing enters our life by accident.

• We also discuss going with the flow of life rather than trying to force our lives to look the way we think they should look.

• Lynn speaks about The Secret and a period of her life only focusing on the light, and continually keeping busy to not feel what she was feeling. Lynn gradually began to learn that she was just avoiding being with her Self and the mix of feelings that pass through.
