In this podcast I speak a little about meeting reality as it is, right now, as opposed to trying to get somewhere. 

I also touch upon how we project our own baggage onto others, onto spirituality and sexuality.

How I repeatedly cover whatever I am working on until I "get it". I document anything that resonates and reread and journal about that one insight or sentence or quote, again and again, allowing it to sink beyond the noise of the mind.

Getting complete with intellectual searching.

There is no such thing as healing.

Ultimately there isn't even any such thing as Awakening.

Why we try to add to our lives, because the human has no self esteem.
