As it's the end of the year, and what a year! I thought I'd just share some thoughts on gratitude, how easily we can lose our way and overlook what we do have, and focus too much on what we think we are lacking. 

I have learned this the hard way, through having quite a comfortable life, and then losing it all, to have to make do with my struggle, now things have improved for me I try to keep an active role of being grateful for what I have.
