I'm running a free online workshop from Monday 20th until Friday 24th at 6pm GMT each day, live on Instagram. Each session will last under one hour. This will be experiential rather than a lecture, it's not about learning anything, it's about remembering and experiencing stillness. 

Each day there will be a short talk while in stillness about different subjects relevant at the moment, such as moving from the head to the heart and allowing the different frequency of thought, the heart mind rather than the mind. Also circulating sexual energy away from the genitals to be flushed through the chakras, also the importance of death at this time, allowing for rebirth.
