I couldn't sleep last night, I can feel huge shifts within myself, I'm working a lot of hours of each day seeking out my own shadow, the unintegrated to work with.

In this short podcast I try to impart my mentality and exercise of part of what I'm doing each day now to pave the way and work with this increasing energy. It's a great opportunity to clear, to get freer, grab it with both hands.

I'm greedy! The energy right now and towards the Solstice is strong, it's been quite a year, certainly the most important year of my life, the greatest shift. Life is good, I'm free, doing great. But I want more so I'm being proactive in these last days of the year.
