My role with people seems to be that I take them to their next level, or perhaps a few levels along their path. I never know how far they will go, but I do often see their potential and how much is still available to them. Often when clients begin to work with me their lives improve, their outlook changes, they become more empowered, but with this can come a slowing down or lessening commitment to the work. Life is calming down for them, so they take their foot off the gas.

In my own personal work I'm quite driven as I continually see what more is available so it keeps me motivated and keeps me working. Something in me senses Home.
