\nThe New Year Parade is set against the backdrop of Philadelphia\u2019s Mummery, one of the oldest American folk traditions.\xa0 Over the period of a year in the stages of separation and divorce, Jack and Kat question their own identities while struggling to build meaningful relationships.
\nTom has been listed one of the \u201c25 New Faces of Independent Film\u201d by Filmmaker Magazine and \u201cTen Young Writer-Directors to Watch,\u201d by MovieMaker Magazine. He was fortunate to be the first American filmmaker accepted to the Toronto International Film Festival Talent Lab.\xa0 He was also a John Cassavetes Award Nominee at the Independent Spirit Awards.
