Ben's\xa0notable television credits include the BAFTA\xa0nominated David Attenborough\xa0series The Life of Mammals\xa0and Life in the Undergrowth\xa0and the\xa0BAFTA\xa0winning series Life In Cold Blood. He was nominated for an Emmy Award for\xa0his score for the Wildlife on One\xa0film, Operation Dung Beetle.

Ben\xa0appears as co-writer, string arranger and musician on the Malachai\xa0album Return To The Ugly Side and The Beekeepers album Apiculture. He also co-wrote the album Drokk: Music Inspired By Mega City One\xa0with Portishead's\xa0Geoff Barrow, and\xa0writes and records as one half of the duo Dolman\xa0with Scott Hendy.\xa0

In 2012,\xa0Ben\xa0composed the score for the documentary feature film Beyonce: Life Is\xa0But A Dream\xa0directed by Beyonce Knowles\xa0- a behind the scenes look at the singer's life and music.

Together with Geoff Barrow,\xa0Ben\xa0scored the critically acclaimed feature film Ex Machina, Alex Garland's\xa0directorial debut, about a young programmer is selected to participate in a breakthrough experiment in artificial intelligence by evaluating the human qualities of a breathtaking female A.I.
