One of the most common on-going topics of this podcast is how to be you- but we haven't so much so often spoken about HOW to be TRUE to that YOU with a long term course in mind.

Today Faern is walking us through some of her thoughts around how important this is- the tip top of the peak of spiritual work- the VERY thing that keeps us going and often overlooked.

One thing to keep in mind- not one path is similar to the next. Not student to teacher especially, and we think this attempt at the replication  of a teacher's experience actually blocks us from our own- IF we never take the time to broaden our perspective to allow in a greater awareness.
