The Horror Reel of Fate was kind enough to give Alex and Walker the category of Horror Comedies. Both of our guys had a few films to choose from, all with their unique attributes to this category. At the end of the day, a single film won out as the pick of the week. None other than Stephen King's directorial debut, Maximum Overdrive. In this film, we follow a group of people try to survive when machines start to come alive and become homicidal. Horror and comedy blend in a uniquely funny and nail biting way in this 1986 classic.
