Published: Sept. 21, 2021, 9 p.m.

Welcome back Reel Friends! Last week, our hosts Alex and Walker landed on the movie category of Bio Pics. These two had plenty of movies in mind, and there was a long list of favorites to choose from. After all this time trying to get Alex to watch it, Walker finally found the perfect category to suggest Hacksaw Ridge. Our resident war film buff has been dying for this movie to be chosen, and this week his wish was finally granted! Hacksaw Ridge is a film about World War II American Army Medic Desmond T. Doss, who served during the Battle of Okinawa. He refuses to kill people and becomes the first man in American history to receive the Medal of Honor without firing a shot. This movie will have you laughing, crying, and cheering the whole way through. Want to know how he earns that medal? Then sit back, relax, and enjoy this week's episode of SPin The Reel!
