Do you follow your \u201cYes?\u201d\nFollowing your \u201cYes\u201d is about you taking a step forward in your partnerships by taking action and applying at least one thing you heard from our guests during their interviews this week.\nOn today\u2019s episode, all of this week\u2019s guests have generously provided BONUS MATERIAL, not included in the interviews you listened to earlier this week.\nEach one has provided incredible examples of the power of following your \u201cYes\u201d.\xa0\nEnjoy! \nJo Emerson\nNot Following \u2013 \nJo\u2019s middle daughter, Eva, went through a stage where she was very angry and Jo was quite concerned.\nHer internal guidance was to be robust and still and to not punish when an outburst occurred.\nHowever, Jo\u2019s other daughters were coming to her saying where is the consequence for her actions.\xa0 And in her house she runs a tight ship.\xa0 There are consequences for action and this is what makes her children feel safe.\nSo Jo ignored her internal wisdom and Eva would be punished for her actions but the problem was not going away.\xa0 They were getting worse.\nShe spoke with her mentor and they decided to no longer react to these outbursts.\nNext time Eva got angry, Jo followed her internal guidance and was firm but fair.\xa0 She simply told her that if she wanted to act out she needed to go to her room and do it.\xa0 And not come back until she felt better.\nAnd Eva replied, \u201cI feel better right now.\u201d\nJo\u2019s daughter did not need punishing, she needed containing.\xa0 And when Jo showed she was in charge, the outbursts all went away.\nFollowing \u2013 \nJo was coaching a client and he was talking around lots of stuff, but they were not getting to the bottom of what was going on for him.\nShe is a very instinctive coach and she knew there was more.\xa0 And she took a risk with him and she asked him about a specific friendship and the dam broke.\nThey were then able to make clearer plans based on the truth.\xa0 Once this client had the truth he had a full canvas upon which to paint the picture he wanted to paint of the rest of his life.\nListen to Jo\u2019s full interview here\nConnect with Jo \u2013\nJo\u2019s website \u2013 Advice column\nJo\u2019s Facebook Link\nJo\u2019s Twitter Link\nJo\u2019s Instagram\nLisa Lieberman-Wang\nNot Following \u2013\nLisa has always known she had a \u201cYes\u201d and this was one time that she didn\u2019t follow it.\nShe was standing at an altar with a man that was very nice and made her laugh, but she wasn\u2019t in love with.\nShe knew when the Justice of the Peace said, \u201cDo you take this man\u2026\u201d that the answer was \u201cno\u201d but she did it anyway.\nLisa stayed in this marriage for 6 years even though she knew it wasn\u2019t the right thing for her.\nFollowing \u2013\nWhen Lisa\u2019s grandmother, who was the light of her life, passed away she begged her then husband to stay home with her and he chose to go bowling.\nAnd that night she decided it was time to follow her \u201cYes\u201d and she waited until he came home and told him she was leaving.\nThat was the beginning of the end.\nHow do you recognize your \u201cYes\u201d from just your mind trying to convince you of something?\nLisa has an expression:\xa0 \u201cWhen you\u2019re in your head you\u2019re dead.\xa0 When you\u2019re in your heart you\u2019re smart.\u201d\nAnytime she is too much reasoning and thinking about a decision, she takes three deep breaths to ground herself, puts her hand on her heart and asks what is good for her.\xa0 And it always reveals the right answer. \nListen to Lisa\u2019s full interview here<...
