Do you follow your \u201cYes?\u201d\nFollowing your \u201cYes\u201d is about you taking a step forward in your partnerships by taking action and applying at least one thing you heard from our guests during their interviews this week.\nOn today\u2019s episode, all of this week\u2019s guests have generously provided BONUS MATERIAL, not included in the interviews you listened to earlier this week.\nEach one has provided incredible examples of the power of following your \u201cYes\u201d.\xa0\nEnjoy! \nRiana Milne\nNot Following \u2013 \nWhen Riana found out that her ex-husband downloaded her will to see what assets she had, she \u201cforgave\u201d it and turned a blind eye.\xa0 Then some other things showed up.\xa0\nShe knows now that she should have walked away, but you live in hope that everything will be OK.\nNo relationship is perfect so she justified things because she was in love.\xa0\nAs you heard during Riana\u2019s interview that was a big mistake that led to lots of pain for her and her family.\nFollowing \u2013 \nRiana wanted to get her message about childhood trauma to a larger audience.\nShe went to an event and received an offer to work with a coach at a very high price and she felt it was the right thing to do.\xa0 She had no fear around it and knew it was her \u201cYes.\u201d\xa0 And she has created huge success from following this \u201cYes\u201d\xa0 including the new school she is launching now.\nListen to Riana\u2019s full interview here\nConnect with Riana \u2013\nRiana\u2019s website\nFacebook\nTwitter\nYouTube\nHelena Hart\nNot Following \u2013\nHelena applied for a Phd program to be a clinical psychologist and didn\u2019t think she\u2019d get in, because they are hard to get into.\xa0\nA big part of her was kind of hoping she wouldn\u2019t get in.\xa0 Then she could say she tried and she could go do what she really wanted to do.\nWhen she got in, she had to move someplace she couldn\u2019t stand and everything in her was saying \u201cthis isn\u2019t your path\u201d but she still kept going.\nA year an a half later she dropped out of the program.\xa0 And she wishes she had listened to herself, but back then she was always looking outside herself for someone to help her make the big decisions.\nHelena was afraid that everyone would be disappointed in her or not understand when she finally dropped out, but they just wanted her to be happy.\xa0\nFollowing \u2013\nHelena knew for about a year she wanted to be a relationship coach.\xa0 And then one day she received an email from her mentor Rory Rate about the first time she was offering a coaching training program.\nHelena got on the phone with her and even though she tends to be quite cautious when spending large sums of money, everything in her was a \u201cYes\u201d and she enrolled on the spot.\nIt was THE best decision she ever made and her life is completely different now as a result.\xa0 She is living the life of her dreams because of that one decision.\xa0\nListen to Helena\u2019s full interview here\nConnect with Helena \u2013\nHelena\u2019s website\nFacebook\n
