This is a pep talk.

PRAISE GOD ANYHOW!

\xa0

\xa0

\xa0

Matthew 6:25-27\xa0 \u201cTherefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?\xa0 Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?\u201d

Matthew 6:34\xa0\xa0\u201cTherefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.\u201d

God hasn\u2019t promised that we won\u2019t suffer in this life, but He has told us that he\u2019ll walk through our valleys with us. He\u2019ll be right by our side, and his grace will be enough.

\xa0

When we look to God he will give us the strength we need to carry through the dark times.\xa0 Here are some verses speaking to his unwavering love for us, and how he will give us strength when we look to Him in prayer.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

\xa0

Psalm 16:8\xa0I have set the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.

\xa0

Isaiah 40:29\xa0He gives power to the weak\xa0and strength to the powerless.

\xa0

2 Thessalonians 3:3\xa0But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.

\xa0

1 Chronicles 16:11 Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.

\xa0

Romans 8:28\xa0And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

\xa0

\xa0

Philippians 4:11-13\xa0Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.
