Located at 174 East Main Street, across from Denny's Plaza, the former home\xa0of Bishop Furniture and the Aug W Smith Department Store\xa0is slated to become 46 upscale apartment units and ground level storefront space after an extensive interior and exterior renovation project undertaken by\xa0Blue Wall REII, LLLC, a Greenville-based developer\xa0set to purchase the building.
