In recognition of Father\u2019s Day,\xa0\xa0will present a free concert-in-the-park Saturday, June 14, at 7:30 p.m. at the Zimmerli Amphitheatre in Barnet Park in downtown Spartanburg. It will feature one of the hottest and most-promising vocalists currently making international headlines in both classical and pop music \u2014 Kaitlyn Lusk, a 25-year-old soprano.\nThis pops concert \u2014 Father\u2019s Day Concert: A Hollywood Celebration! \u2014 will offer a wide variety of music from patriotic songs\xa0Armed Forces Salute\xa0and\xa0American Salute to\xa0Disney tunes from\xa0The Little Mermaid,\xa0The Jungle Book, and\xa0Aladdin;\xa0and the classics\xa0Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Moon River, The Sound of Music, and\xa0Singin\u2019 in the Rain. Lusk will also sing songs from\xa0the Lord of the Ring\xa0movie series, including\xa0May It Be, Breaking the Fellowship,\xa0and\xa0Into the West, which won an Oscar for Best Original Song for a movie.
