In this episode, I’m chatting with Zoë K. M. Foster, an artist, writer, and creator on a mission to create sacred spaces that allow total embodied expression.

With a background in cognitive psychology, linguistics, design, and yoga, Zoë's approach allows her to create immersive, profoundly sensual, and multi-sensory experiences through her large-scale abstract art, poetry, meditations, and reflections.

Having healed herself from lifelong chronic illnesses, Zoë experienced an embodied awakening that urged her to get directly onto the canvas. Her process is centered around setting and fully embodying an energetic intention for every artistic action, resulting in creations that challenge our traditional ideas of beauty and aesthetics

Zoë is also the creator of SacredExpression™️ Yoga, a playful, whole-body experience involving life-size paper, colored pastels, sacred geometry, and divine feminine immersion to help tap into deep soul messages.

She has an  energy art studio in Devon, here in the UK where she hosts women’s circles, messy art workshops and energy-art open days. Zoe is also about to publish her book It’s Written In The Stars in May 2023
