I decided to start a series called "Dear Diary" where I share as if I am processing out loud on my own, verbally, and then share it with the world...partly because I'm being guided to see that this may support others inner process, and partly because it's giving me the opportunity to be my most expressive and raw self and be witnessed in it without hiding and playing small in my expression.
