I\u2019m providing you with 10 plus a bonus tip on things you can do to reduce your PMS symptoms. When I tell you all that I\u2019ve been able to incorporate the techniques I\u2019m going to share with you today, you will thank me later. I\u2019ll give you a few tips now:

1. Take magnesium supplements the week before and during your period.
2.Reduce your caffeine intake.
3.Reduce your carbs and sweets and INCREASE your iron and magnesium intake by eating kale, collards, spinach, nuts and avocado.
