Nicole Sallis fashion designer, author, rebrand strategist, and creator of the women’s self-care initiative Design Her Life joins Darryl Frierson on Mic Checka. She shares her story of being a girl from Waterloo, Iowa but knowing that the fashion industry was in her future. Going from an Iowa State student to a fashion designer was a daunting task but she was able to move and shake in NYC. She created Design Her Life a vehicle for women to define who they are and self-healing. Nicole and Darryl also chop it up on college days and how Nicole was out dressing everyone in college.
