Pineapple Kitchenwas established in 2019 in Bradenton, Florida by husband-and-wife team, Jenny & Mike Schenk. The duo brings combined over 60 years of food sales and marketing experience to the table (pardon the pun!). They are passionate about bringing restaurant quality gourmet appetizers, snacks, and dips from their “Kitchen” to your table! People like to ask where the name Pineapple Kitchencame from? Pineapple Kitchenwas born out of a desire to show hospitality to family and friends, especially when it comes to food! The pineapple is the universal sign of hospitality, so it was natural to pair it with their love of good food. At PineappleKitchen, they have created gourmet products to serve at your next party, which will surely make your guests feel welcome or enjoy as an everyday snack. They began by creating Pineapple Kitchen Gourmet Dips with Soft Bavarian Pretzel Bite Kits.Each kit includes twenty Soft Bavarian Pretzel Bites crafted by German Bakers, Pretzel Salt, and 4oz of Gourmet Dip which comes in a microwave safe container. They offer three irresistible pretzel bite and dip flavors to choose from: Craft Beer Cheese, Sweet Bavarian Mustard & Chocolate Hazelnut. Currently, you can find these products in over 100 gourmet retailers across the United States. In 2020, the duo has expanded to add a Tasting Room to the front of their wholesale warehouse and has employed a Pastry Chef. They are now open to the public for Grab & Go Breakfast and Lunch, Catering Party Trays, and Corporate Gifts. In addition, they carry artisan products produced locally in the greater Sarasota –Bradenton areas. They welcome you into Pineapple Kitchen to “DIP. EAT. SHOP & PARTY ON”!
