Meryl Blau received a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Miami International University of Art and a Bachelor\u2019s Degree from the University of Florida. She also spent some time studying at the Royal Academy of Art in London. Her teaching interests focus on portfolio development, art direction and conceptual thinking.

She is passionate about helping others rise up to meet their goals. 

She speaks candidly about the lessons learned and takes pride teaching women and teen girls the art of healthy-habit creation that is sustainable for life.
