Ortiz-Gir\xf3 is a State Administrator at Team Rubicon USA, where Juan, trains new members and leads the organization in Puerto Rico, this includes the coordination of programs and submission of projects in the island.\n\nJuan is a USCG veteran with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Public Health Science and has contributed and assisted other volunteer organizations, governmental and non-governmental agencies to work on the speedy recovery of Puerto Rico and other states alike. Juan is well known by his almost unending energy in the field.
