Coach Sean has worked with hundreds of clients of all ages to improve their health, fitness and sports conditioning. He\\xa0earned a Bachelor\\u2019s degree in Sports Medicine and Recreation Administration, with minors in Coaching and Religion at Ashland University. A nationally ranked collegiate long jumper, Sean was internationally ranked as a professional in Track and Field and was an alternate for two U.S. Olympic teams.

Better\\xa0known as \\u201cCoach Sean,\\u201d he is the founder of\\xa0Fitness & Sports Excellerated, LLC (FSE). He is\\xa0a National Federation of Professional Trainers certified Master Trainer, with specialist designations in personal training,\\xa0sports nutrition, weight training and endurance training. Since starting FSE, Sean has broadened his sports and fitness scope to serve specialized fields, including sports officiating. Sean is the fitness and agility consultant for the football officials for the NFL, Big Ten, PAC 12, MAC, and Missouri Valley conferences.
