Checka Cee hops on another meditation session with Tia Robinson who specializes in meditation coaching. Tia explains how important it is to practice self care and to get a grasp on what it looks like. She gives tips on some of things you can practice for self care regimens and more. Part of the process for self care is the challenge that women often have feelings of guilt in taking time for self. Tia helps dispel some of those feelings of guilt during this session.
