We are still in the Covid Pandemic so getting inspired is crucial to our mental health!

This episode is meant to inspire you to follow your heart’s desires and your dreams.

My hope is that, like it was the case for my guest Lindsi, you make the decision to follow your inspiration and begin your powerful healing and spiritual journey leading you to a vision you didn’t even know you had in you.

Single mom and author of A Tuesday kind of love Lindsi Richards is helping children focus on the positive impact of parental separation

Being a child of divorce  at the age of 14 herself,  for the longest time she didn’t want to get married to ensure that her kids wouldn’t have to live through a divorce, but life decided otherwise and she was forced to make the best out of the situation for her family and herself.

Through her children’s book she now is focused on teaching kids about gratitude and the impact of our perception on our reality.

We talked the power of self-work as well as the beauty of having our kids witness us creating our dreams to completion.

We also covered topics like emotional awareness when facing change so we can embrace it instead of feeling a victim of it.

She shared that although she cultivate a positive attitude it hasn’t always been butterflies and roses and what she does when she deviates.
