Ava DuVernay takes on the classic children\u2019s sci-fi novel, with an assist from Disney, New Zealand and Oprah. It\u2019s had some bad press, and, frankly, we disagree. Charming, colourful adventures with cute kids and smart adults, and a family-friendly message that doesn\u2019t condescend to its tween/teen audience.
