Changing things up here on Short Time this week as the monster of a tournament hosted in Fargo, the USA Wrestling Cadet & Junior Nationals, is underway.

We'll give you some daily updates from the Fargodome here on Short Time.

On Saturday, the Cadet Women's Freestyle championships came and went with a new crop of up-and-coming women winning those glorious stop signs. On the senior level, three women's weights were contested, two as part of the Phase II World Team Trials, and a third was a special wrestle-off for the World Team spot at 69kg.

Helen Maroulis, Jenna Burkert and Randi Miller won best two-out-of-three series' to earn the right to represent the U.S.
