Whenever there seems to be a gap between what is, and how we want it to be \u2013 whether this means a situation, person, ourselves, or life itself \u2013 we tend to experience frustration, or anger. Yet, if we can allow ourselves to let go of our strong expectations, our suffering can often drop dramatically.
