When she says she\u2019s had \u201ca colourful life apprenticeship\u201d she isn\u2019t kidding. Her life experiences have been nothing short of incredible. \n\nThrough her journey transitioning from the hair salon to the boardroom, she\u2019s become an expert at unearthing, examining and flipping limiting beliefs. For example, she\u2019s had a MENSA certificate sitting in a box for most of her adult life because, as she puts it, \u201cit didn\u2019t align with her story\u201d of who she believed herself to be \u2026 (fortunately that certificate is now framed and on her wall!) \n\nKim-Adele knows imposter syndrome like the back of her hand. She also knows how to use kindness, compassion and visualization to release it and thrive.
