Ama joined me for a discussion on the expectations we set for ourselves post-grad, how difficult it can be, and the importance of slowing down. Ama is currently studying abroad in South Korea where she is fully immersed in the culture, learning and enjoying every day. Ama talks so much about rediscovering your passions for those who put so much time into their "careers" that they forget what exactly they enjoy doing.
