The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is Singapore's first registered animal welfare organisation and an institution for animal rights advocacy in Singapore. We were privileged to have Dr Jaipal, Executive Director of the SPCA, on our show to explore the evolution of the organisation and some of the major issues it's made a stand for. In this episode, we
